Believe it or not, Iron Fist was nerfed as well. Too a big dive in situational awareness, which is why Panther managed somewhat to dance around him and sneak in that gadget.

He did press the advantage under water. Tried strangling him for a second with his legs, then kicked him in the back of the head, before breaking for the surface (He still needs to breath.)

Getting in close is risky, even to press an advantage. Anyone else, and Panther wouldn't need to sweat a wild backhand.

That end blitz happened "because" Panther was in close pressing an advantage, landing combos, and left him open to a kick leading into the punches.
