This is the phucking internet. People can say inappropriate stuff on here without shame. We're constantly saying in threads "X will rape Y". We don't talk like that IRL. The internet allows a certain decrease of inhibitions. It's when it devolves into personal attacks that it becomes unacceptable trolling. You're telling me you've never made an offensive insult in your entire internet tenure? BS.

I am not saying that at all, on the contrary I would, in the past, make extremely inappropriate and offensive comments, justifying it with the same "it's just jokes" and "it's fine on the internet" comments. However I have since changed my mind and think that offensive comments, in particular if sexist, racist, etc. are inappropriate and harmful.

Remember, this started because Rao pointed out Quan's sexism, in a post where he used a generic sexist put down.

You misunderstand what I believe to be the sexism in your post. Insulting Quanchi by calling him a woman (as in referring to him as she) implies that being a woman is worse than being a man. I understand you do it because that's what Quanchi actually thinks, but it's still wrong, imo, you should hold yourself to a higher standard, no?

Quan seems like a bellend.

I personally don't think men are generally beter than women, neither the opposite, I think each one has it's own strength and weakneses, tbh.

But as a general rule, women dont like to be called men and men don't like to be called women, unless that is what they are aiming for.

Quani will find it extremely insulting because he thinks he is manly and with guys like quan I don't feel like taking a higher moral ground, imo sometimes you have to get down and dirty always keeping certain rules not to break, but on quanis case rules can be bended imo
