Reported. I clearly told you he was operating at those levels during the end. Doesn't mean he WAS one. Nova Prime had a short run operating at a high tier as well...doesn't exclude all of his other showings though. Superboy was getting a lot of love at one point and of course he has showings that pulls away from that. Hell, this showing alone is him operating at high tier levels...
