Which version of Grifter? PreDCNu I saw some pretty impressive (for a street leveler) scans of him using his TK.
In a PISless setting and assuming PreDCNu, T2 should break T1.

Wow, that's sort of overpowered. Is this DCNu Grifter? I hope they don't ruin his character. I liked his old power levels. It made him reasonably strong but didn't over do it.
