Lex Luthor

Vs

The Justice League

Superman
G.L Hal
Wonder Woman
Aquaman

The Avengers

Hyperion
Thor
Hulk
Iron Man

( Lex Luthor ) has gained the powers and physical abilities of both Superman and the Hulk!!

Lex Luthor is now as strong as both Superman and Hulk combined.
As fast as both Superman and Hulk combined.

Depends on how long Luthor would have to get used to all the powers and how much practice he'd get with them before taking on the teams.

Lex gets 3 months of experience with his new found powers, before this fight takes place.
