Nihl would be a better fight IMO.

Talon's swifter and probably more skilled, but Savage has more power. She should give him a good fight of it, inflict damage even, her own force powers are considerable and his force defense isn't great, but those force-waves of his are trouble for an opponent who relies on dodging.

Ventress couldn't inflict damage on him. Not seeing how Talon could, unless you're referring to her lightning, which would probably do nothing more than irritate him enough to force strangle her to death

I didn't consider lightning. That could definitely be a big factor.
