Desann vs. Darth Nihl

The man who defeated Luke Skywalker vs. Krayt's hand

Force, sabers, all out

Nihl kicks his ass

Desann more 'fought for a bit then trapped' Luke Skywalker. And in the end Kyle Katarn did simply outmatch him.

Desann can put up a fight, but Nihl's job as Hand was to kill strong force users, and is overall more dangerous.

Kyle only defeated him by dropping a pillar on his ass.

That's just one of the ways to kill him, and I don't think it's necessarily even the canon way.

It seems like it judging from the cutscene & the fact that killing him that way is possible.
