Not a show, he was in the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight computer games, and then a number of later novels.

He is the battlemaster of Luke's order and one of their stronger fighters.

That's kinda what I was thinking. So, if there are no EU feats-per the op, does that means that his Kyle doesn't exist and Obi Wan wins by default?

Nope. Kyle would still defeat RotS Kenobi pretty solidly.

I dont think so. Kenobi is faster, physically stronger, and has somewhat better force feats. Kyle wouldnt go down easily though
