i think snake eyes is just to damn fast and acute. shootin shuriken out the air? cmon. slade is stronger and more durable, but with weapons, snake uses speed to pull off a sword to the throat

acutually slade has a healing factor tho...

Snake Eyes also has inhuman speed and agility going by the mountain side fight and him chasing Baroness in the first movie.

Also he's a match for Storm Shadow, who cut a bullet in half.

I don't know, bladed weapons don't really harm Slade that much. Even bullets don't stop the mirakuru soldiers. If Oliver's high-poundage bow isn't capable of properly penetrating an arrow through Slade, I doubt Snake Eyes can too

Arashikage steel doesn't break. With enough strength and a sword that is pretty much Adamantium in the GI Joe world, it should work.

And since Snake has both of those...

I'm not saying it will break, I'm saying Snake Eyes doesn't have enough strength to make it penetrate deep enough.

I'm going with the last film incarnation of Slade/Deathstroke (Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox), that guy had all of 3mins of screen time, but he was a total badass.

An arrow shot from a high poundage bow couldn't penetrate the mirakuru soldier's bodies deep enough to cause injury. Even damaged the arrow head. Just so you know, an arrow shot from a high poundage bow has much more penetrating force behind it than a human swinging a sword. Bladed weapons also doesn't seem to harm the mirakuru guys much.

So unless Snake Eyes has some form of super strength that I haven't seen, then all he's gonna give Slade is flesh wounds.

Of course he could go for the eyes. He only needs to take out one to make Slade blind. That said, Slade isn't exactly slow or unskilled himself. And if they fight in armor, Slade's armor seems pretty bulletproof.

Bullet proof and sword proof are different. Bullet proof vests can stop bullets, but they cannot stop knives, its a different type of damage.

I don't see how a sword to the neck is not going to take his head off.

Did you even read my post? They weren't just bullet proof, they tanked arrows and knives as well. And a stab/thrust has greater penetrating power than a cut or slice. All Snake eyes will do is give slade a whole load of flesh wounds.

How's he gonna cut his head off if he can only cut a cm deep? Cut his jugular maybe, but its not like Slade is just gonna stand there and allow him to do it.
