Cool, seeing as we now Thanos utterly dominates Surfer everytime they fight.I like the way put "virtual" as you know it wasn't the same setting as Thanos/Hulk, but I suppose when you're sad and desperate you'll cling to things like that.

Clearly what Thanos did to Hulk upset you.
Thank goodness I popped my head in here this morning! It appears in my absence the Insane one has run rampant! I am told he gets that way when he's not burped properly and put to bed before 7:00...
On a more serious note, Insane Titan, your response to me could not be more wrong if you tried. Though I have grown used to correcting you, or seeing you repeatedly corrected, I cannot help but notice you don't seem to catch on too quickly do you? Otherwise I wouldn't need to explain the obvious to you for the umpteenth the time. But you know what they say, perseverance is half the battle, so what say we dig right in to get to the root of your chronic "wrongness" shall we? Here goes:
Insane Titan: "you made that Thanos some sort of massive prep which he didn't he simply used a machine to confront Hulk in a virtual surrounding as Hulk was in a vegetated state."
In reality, here is what I had said. This is copied and pasted from my initial post:
"1. Thanos was prepared for this encounter, planned it out in advance, and knew going in this was a virtual world"
So where in that post do I say he had "MASSIVE" prep? I stated he was prepared, and knew going in that this was a virtual world... Which he was. According to THANOS HIMSELF, this was "ALL PART OF THE PLAN"... So neither you nor I can say how well planned this was... How much prep went into it. But we do know that it was PART OF HIS PLAN! Thus my statement is 100% indisputable FACT... I challenge you to prove otherwise. Thanos was aware ahead of time, and prior to the engagement, was versed in how to control 100% of that virtual world. Boom...
Insane Titan Myth #1 BUSTED!
Ok, so now that I've proven you wrong on your first claim, allow me to continue:
Insane Titan: "Thanos didn't have to weaken Hulk , he was weak because he was a moron"
Uh, according to the comic, that's(Referencing Thanos weakening Hulk prior to) EXACTLY what happened. I was QUOTING the words of Thanos himself, and Banner as well. So in this 2nd instance, you're now claiming the COMIC is wrong, and you are right... Allow me to post the words of the comic once again Insane Titan:
Thanos: "Yes, one that I can easily alter to where you and your brutish friend experience rather more persuasive stimuli"
http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/218...02-007.jpg.html
So Thanos starts out by pointing out that he controls ALL aspects of this world... Not a smitten... Not a teeny tiny bit... Not even MOST... He is quite deliberate with his verbiage here that he controls ALL aspects of their existence within this virtual world:
Thanos: "Doctor Banner surely you are intelligent enough to realize that I now control all aspects and circumstances of your joint perceived existence" I decide whether your life's end will be filled with unbearable pain, or a much more merciful slide into oblivion." Being Annihulus' prisoner, both here and in reality, the pair of you are dead men anyway."
http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/218...02-011.jpg.html
Banner: "I've never seen the Hulk be so easily manhandled. Thanos is obviously manipulating the networks system so that the monster is weaker than usual." (Interesting eh?)
So again, according to the comic, Thanos manipulated the rules of the virtual world to weaken the Hulk. So when you tell me I am "making things up" and then you point to this as an example, it makes you look exceptionally silly. I mean, the words are RIGHT THERE in the comic. Feel free to debate interpretation all you like, but you sound ridiculous when you claim I "made stuff up." Funny how you accuse others of not understanding simple concepts, yet you seem incapable of even comprehending what "making something up" is... Obviously not this. But don't worry, study long and hard enough and maybe someday you too will have reading comprehension skills. lol
Finally, I'll point to another Pro Thanos poster in this very thread also steps up and points out the obvious: VastoLord1234: "after re-reading thanos vs hulk #2, banner remarked that hulk was weakened, and according to thanos he was warping the virtual reality; thanos even remarked that hulks rage empowerment wont fuel him, or something along those lines.................so ill say that fight doesn't count. "
Insane Titan MYTH #2 BUSTED!
So whilst you try to insult Hulk fans, and claim they're "butthurt" and making things up, here you have another pro Thanos poster who obviously understands the setting here. (Props to him for sticking to the facts. He mentioned he still believes Thanos would win an encounter, but that this encounter was obviously manipulated by Thanos to weaken his opponents in advance) You still do not. Sad.
Insane Titan: "Then you bring up a Odin/ Thanos thread out of desperation to try and prove your point."
Uh no... Wrong again! (You're nothing if not consistent!) - I brought up Thanos/Odin because it was a perfect illustration that someone who needs to use an outside force, weapon, machine to manipulate an encounter does so because they are not confident in the outcome. (Using Thanos fans' own logic. Contrary to your claim, this was not aimed at you, I very clearly pointed out that 'Thanos Fans' were making this point in that thread. Or do you need me to explain that when someone says 'Thanos fans' plural, they are not necessarily referencing you. There is a difference, and I'd like to know who shall I send the bill to for all my time spent here educating you? I'd like at least some form of compensation. 😉
As I said, if a fighter drugs his opponent in order to weaken him prior to a fight, are these the actions of someone who is "leagues above" his opponent? Nope... But if it makes you feel better to refer to every logical statement that disagrees with you as "desperate" you go right ahead. Just know that it makes you sound goofy, and as if you don't have anything to back up your rabid, often incoherent postings.
You may have chosen the username of Thanos (Insane Titan) - But Thanos you are not. Thanos actually knows how to string two sentences together, is well spoken, meticulous, observant, and clever. Your posts on the other hand conjures mental images of someone who needs to wipe his keyboard down because he drooled all over it as he was foaming at the mouth banging on the keys hoping a sentence will form itself whilst shaking a fist at the screen yelling: "I'll get you next time GammaTard!" LOL
Ok so I kid... (Couldn't resist a few pokes) But you get my point. Actually put some thought into your replies. Use facts. Your come-back to me was 100% wrong on all accounts. So I sit here back at square one wondering when you will show me these supposed "made up" facts I made. Still waiting...

Surprised that mods still tolerate Nihilist, btw.

So I'll take the fact that you cannot counter a single point as your concession. Concession accepted. Better luck next time! 😄

Absolutely. But my point to insane Titan, was that he claimed I lied. That I "made up" that Thanos used the rules to weaken the Hulk.
Thus my point was that Banner said so in the comic, so either he doesn't understand what the words "made up" mean, or he's just reaching for straws.
He's free to dispute Banners claim. But then, Banners theory about the virtual world was confirmed, so logic would dictate that he was on to something. Either way, his argument is with Banner at that point, not me. haha
Regardless, everything I said in my post was backed by supporting screenshots in the comics, and Insane Titan has yet to show me a single "lie."
🙂

It's only a comic don't get upset.

Just so we're clear then, you're claiming:
1. Thanos was NOT aware or prepped for the encounter (Even though he stated this was all "part of his plan"😉
2. That the comic does NOT at any point claim Thanos weakened Hulk (Despite Banners very clear statement that this is exactly what was happening, and Thanos ' own statement that he controlled EVERY aspect of the virtual world)
Wow - So Insane Titan has now moved on to denying what's printed right on the page!!! lol Wow! Listen up everyone! Titan knows more about what happens in a comic than the writers themselves! All Hail titan, the new self proclaimed authority of all things comic! lol 😆
Wow, cognitive dissonance in all its glory! Is this guy a real person, or just a joke inflicted on the members of this forum so someone can get their guffaws?
😱
[QUOTE=15043800]Originally posted by Insane Titan
[B]Simple facts you said Thanos prepped for the encounter with Hulk for the virtual battle when he didn't actually prep to aid him in battle.
I stated Thanos was prepared for the encounter. He KNEW this was a virtual world, and KNEW going in how to manipulate it... Hulk/Banner DID NOT... Banner figured it out on his own. Which translated into a huge advantage for Thanos...
Thanos ALSO had a MACHINE to aid him in connecting to the virtual network. Banner DID NOT, and Thanos himself stated this was impressive, meaning it was more difficult to do... Thus, yet again, I am proven right - He had ALL the advantages...
No one corrected me. He RE-STATED what I had ALREADY stated. Go back, re-read, and you'll see that I am right. The evidence is right there on the page. But then again, since when do facts matter to you?
I might add, you ignored the "Thanos Fan" who did correct you though, and reiterated my point... Wow... Again, cognitive dissonance.
So I'm still waiting for you to admit your lie that I "made up" Hulk being weakened in the battle by Thanos manipulating the virtual world... It's right in the comic. You can take up your argument with Banner though. lol
Insane still arguing with the comic itself, and still ducking the facts. Still waiting for you to respond to my challenge. Quit hiding, and actually respond to my points.
