Dovakhiin (Skyrim)
The Warden (Dragon Age Origins)
Fateless One (Kingdoms of Amalur)

vs.

Isaac Clarke (Dead Space)
Halo (Master Chief)
Prophet (Crysis 3)
Gordon Freeman (Half-Life)

All characters have all their gear, magic, equip, skills and abilities but no god mode or immortality of any kind (eg. darksign ressurection)

Assuming you meant Master Chief, Dovahkiin can solo. Chosen Undead might also solo.

Can the Dovahkin survive bullets though?(genuine question, not trying to be a dick) can any of them survive the futuristic weapons from Halo, Half Life, Dead space and Crysis? That said, could the FPS Team survive the magic of team Hack & Slash?

Considering that the average Master of the Voice can punch through a fortress gate, and the Dovahkiin later goes on to beat guys like Miraak (Who separated Solstheim from Skyrim in his battle with Vahlok) and stalemates Tsun (The Nordic aspect of Zenithar and as such one of the creator deities of Nirn), and had power matching that of half a Daedric Prince's (Clavicus Vile to be specific), yeah, I'd say bullets shouldn't be particularly bothersome. Dovahkiin could kill them with a single Thu'um if he wanted to.

The Chosen Undead could possibly also survive it. As an Undead he doesn't require the use of any bodily organs, and he did defeat Seath the Scaleless and Gravelord Nito.
