Darth Wyylok. He is superior in both Ligtsaber dueling and in the Force

Hm, there's Jorus and Joruus. Joruus being the more powerful.

Both their talents were in the force side of thing, force melding and reasonably good TK, then for Joruus, lightning and mind control.

But once past his ranged abilities, Hand-Mara Jade had little trouble cutting him down.

He's strong in the force, but not as strong as Wyyrlok (closer in Joruus's case), certainly not enough to pierce the Darth's force defenses, and physically he's got nothing on Wyyr.

Wyyrlok.

Ill have to look at his respect thread again but IIRC he collapsed a massive ceiling and hurled Luke around/stopped a lightsaber with lightning. I think this might be close, with Wyyrloks main advantages beng illusions and slightly better saber feats.
