Who wins?

Carnage eats him.

I would say yeah Carnage probably does eat him.

At first, I thought Carnage would win. But over 500m?

Even Pre/Post Hell Upgrade Creeper can get wins via their laugh. That or ignite the area around them and go to town on Carnage (they are immune to fire).

He's not supersonic, though. And DCnU Creeper is now an evil spirit, who can create tornadoes.
