RKT is universal or something I believe. LoN was just the best character I could think of on the spur of the moment

RKT has not a single universal feat last I checked.

I meant the movie version, which has universal+ feats and shit.

He prevented Ragnarok, which saved Asgard from the continued cycle of death and rebirth. But he did it by smashing a thread roll, so I'm not sure how quantifiable that is.

Lord of Nightmares is an unholy stomp, definately not the weakest.

I would say Lina Inverse using the Giga Slave, even when it uses power from LoN, Lina herself is not that powerful.
