I'd involve myself in this, but i know absolutely nothing about Vossk aside from Him being Exar Kun's master and falling to his former apprentice

Brute Strength is Vodo's weakness, the Force is Shaak Ti's.

Given neither of these has that required advantage over the other I will state Shaak Ti because her stamina/endurance feats are beast mode, her hybrid form is very very technically strong and her over-all cunning would count for a lot here.

Ti's got no real way to break his staff, but she is faster, has better durability, and is more skilled.

She takes this.

Shaak Ti, Force users from Baas' era are highly overrated.

No they are not, if anything they are massively over-looked.
