Who is more powerful and who will win in a all out fight.

Everyone except Galan will agree on that the Living Tribunal would win. Then again Spectre wasn't found dead on the moon.

Are we sure that is the Living Tribunal though? I seriously doubt the multiverse could exist without his influence. Only One-Above-All can decide there was no longer a need for Living Tribunal. I blame Bendis. I blame him for everything wrong with marvel when shit goes sour with no explanations.

Maybe he got hella wasted and just passed out cold.
