Shaak Ti is criminally under-estimated in general.
She is a master of Makashi and Ataru which she hybridized into an extremely graceful form, something Dooku praised.
The TFU:CG praises her:
The Jedi revere Shaak Ti as one of the highest of their order and among the most accomplished in lightsaber combat.
Her Telekinesis was lauded as incredible by Kenobi himself.
Her speed was great enough to dodge dozens of blaster bolts from every direction and did not get hit.
Fast enough in the Force Unleashed that Starkiller is practically overwhelmed by her movements.
Is stated to have endless stamina.
Can summon Kinetite balls of lightning.
She has absorbed FL, lightsaber blade energy and blasterbolts with Tutaminis.
She also tanked a blaster shot to the chest once and then went on to beat the leader of the mercenaries who shot her.
Fought against Grievous on Hypori and although she lost she held out alone against him and used TK to shield herself from his saber and prevent her death.
Later on Coruscant she fights Grievous again. During the fight she force crushes Grievous and destroys the entire wall. Leaps hundreds of feet through the air and buildings of the city, Takes on dozens of magnaguards single-handedly, deflects electrostaffs with her bare arms, has enough physical strength to break steel, moves fast as/faster than high speed trains and trams.
She is literally the only reason Felucia doesn't become a complete Dark Side nexus.
Not to mention that Shaak Ti was considered by Sidious to be one of the greatest threats to his reign and made it one of Vader's priorities to deal with her. This is reinforced by Shaak Ti taking it upon herself to become strong enough to take down Vader.
Lucas himself even says in BTS that he scrapped Shaak Ti's ROTS deaths because he thought one of the most powerful Council members deserved to die a far better death than at the hands of Grievous or Vader.
This is a damn good fight that can go either way.

Dooku's not stomping, he wins sure. But it's not a stomp
Yeah but it was DS Galen. He wasn't anywhere near as powerful as he was by the end of the novel when he defeats Vader.
But maybe using the word "stomp" was a bit much.
