I'd put Volde as a Second Tier in terms of Iconic. Vader, Hannibal, Joker, Luthor would be Tier 1. Voldermort is there with Loki, Megatron so on. IMO Maleficent is like tier 4.

except maleficent is like tier 10. She isn't even a villain for christs sake, she's not on the scale at all.

He was a retard that couldn't even kill a baby, you're free to consider the failure an icon. but he is really just a sad and pathetic character that very few will care about or remember in a few years.
