Interesting... But I'm not sure that Yoda can take Sidious by himself, and that may be the game changing factor in a fight this close.
I'm sorry, what? Yoda disarmed Sidious and had him on the run for half of that fight. There's a reason Palpatine retreated into the Grand Convocation Chamber. In a place like Palpatine's office, Yoda has the advantage.
Yoda can defeat Sidious in this scenario but it won't come to that.
The question is if Mace can hold off Plagueis long enough for Dooku to kill Maul. And the answer to that is yes.

TCW Maul can beat Dooku 7 of 10.

Yoda vs. Palpatine
The two stalemate in practically all categories
Mace vs. Plagueis
Edge in sabers: Mace, edge in the force: Plagueis, all-out: Mace should take slight majority, perhaps.
Dooku vs. Maul
Edge in sabers: Dooku, edge in the force: Dooku, all-out: Maul is reasonably close, but Dooku is just a bit better
Team 1 wins.

Not at all. He wasn't even involved with the Son of Dathomir project...or TCWs.
I can see it as very close match up:
Sidious and Yoda are strongest.
Plagueis is between them, and Dooku and Windu.
Maul is the weakest.
I would say that:
Yoda > Sidious in sabers
Yoda = Sidious in the Force
Yoda >= Sidious in all-out
Windu / Dooku > Plagueis and Maul in sabers
Plagueis > Dooku >= Windu >= Maul in the Force
Plagueis > Dooku/Windu > Maul in all out
