There's not much info on Darth Tenebrous as far as I know. Just talked about in Darth Plagueis, which I never even finished reading.

Brothers can take this imo, not solidly though, RotS Sidious was clearly much more powerful than Tenebrous, and Tenebrous lacks skill feats to compare. He is very fast, and has very good TK but that's all.
