I've rezsized My profil image to 60/45 pixel with GIMP, with the tool of the forum.. Nono My avatr is alway too large.. WTF???
I will show you.. Have you the same problem?
My kcmavatar_Revanmini.jpeg is too big !!!

Avatars can only be 10k in size. Check to see if you're above the 10k limit.
