Both have silly levels of damage soak. Though Thor's can be explained because, while he doesn't have his super magic/techno powers, his body is still much denser than that of a normal person, even when depowered. Hence retaining above normal human strength/durability. Thor is also more skilled.
But can he actually KO McClane? This match will probably be Thor beating on McClane until his McClane luck kicks in and he somehow pulls off some ridiculous stunt that KOs Thor.
