Would be awesome, top tier level villain and Doom is long overdue for a proper portrayal.
Likely be a nice fit as the main villain after IW wraps up, though depending on the direction they take the franchise.

I could see them having Beyonders dick about the MCU but that would require a stretch beyond what's already been introduced IMO.

But getting the FF rights back is not just about the big G.
It's Doctor Doom and Silver Surfer as well.
Doom would be a great villain back on Earth. After defeating the big Galactic threat it's probably better to step back to Earth for a bit before finding the more "powerful" Galactic villain again.
