Cap:TWS is one of the top three MCU films, easily #2. Loved it since I first watched. Didn't need to bandwagon after the fact like some others did.

Called Russos to handle Thanos way back when other posters were salivating over Batman in Batman v. Superman. Looks like they realized I was right. Civil War is also better than WS but who cares they are both great films.

Bring on Thanos while other wannabe comic book fans can continue to wait for Darkseid. Not like they have ever read a comic with the character but they can continue to pose.

IIRC (and I always do), you didn't think much of Cap:TWS, you thought it was "not great", so why would you think the Russos are great. You wouldn't. Be real.

Civil War and movies get better or get worse on rewatchability. You changed your opinion over Deadpool which I said was meh city from my first watching. I said these guys are fabulous and I like their chops. I said this years ago I'd pick them over Whedon. You are a batman guy. I'm a Thanos guy. Always have been. You're a Darkseid guy. You aren't a true comic fan since you are rarely if ever on that part of the board. That's fine. Cannot wait for this film. Thanos is almost here. The grandest villain in all of comicdom.

Um, I enjoyed Deadpool from the first showing. But in case you forgot, you did say Cap:TWS was "not great", those were your words. Myself, I thought Cap:TWS was excellent from the first viewing and it's in my top three MCU films, has been since then. It's in the thread. #trufan

It became better for me but that's fine my opinion can change. I have always maintained Civil War is superior. True fans read the comics and love the characters. DC fans tend to love WS which is fine but I'm a true fan not just one of a particular film alone.

You have Batman and I have Thanos. You can wait for Darkseid as you've said you favor him. My taste is far different and better. Make mine marvel.

Iyo but not mine. Excellent action but the emotional fight when Tony Stark figured out who killed his parents was the icing on the cake. Fantastic film.
