I Rewrote my theory about Revan figthing style including an other theory wich is :
Between their last encounter with the Jedi the sith of Dark council devlopp thei own secret figthing style. Secret to be only held by us the elite, and don't fall in the hand of Jedi (unfirtunaltly thank to Revan the yuyo...)
Those technics cese to exist with the dark council.
They weren't alon base on ligth saber they was also full force use martial arts. Based on sith Philosophy...
I think Revan were teached to those arts, and I can proove it ! Yuyo were brougth by Revan spies sended to convert Jedi to the dark side during Darth Revan age...
It was a true sith lord technics not something created by Revan !
I have also write this in a V.S topic...
"Star killer just get ripped by Revan. The umiliation imagine niman beat shien.. But Revan can also figth with shien.. Revan needn't makashi because he's own version of light saber combat is based on speed tactic and precision.. Revan can also figth with Djem so... But It's more a variant of soresu... He just wait block or dodge with shien/soresu technic and use physicall and mental acceleration to counter attack and just rip off his attackant ass used before be capture by the Jedi... Revan have an agressive ataru yuyo can jump of dash with force dash (or acceleration physique et mental en français I prefer the french term it's mor correct..) Can be use to quick engage of strike his opponent before he can react..."
Ialso see him a bit dancing in his Djem so to direct his attack in the next moove position.. Like a soresu figther does.. This unclear but the Idea is here don't waste any moove make two action in one moove... And also turn around his target searching some weaknesses in the foes defens and use physical and mental acceleration to feint and strike !
And I brougth a second theory :
"Revan have is own version based on his philosophy. Like soresu and niman are based on Jedi philosophy, and Yuyo on sith philosophy.. Revan have his own version of Jedi arts...."
A third one :
"Revan is versatile he train a lot of sith/ dark force user.. That's mean he need to adapt his own figthing style at each high level studdents !"

"Doubt about yuyo and djem..."
I call it Djem.. But that's very particular... He used it before be capture because he was trapped in a close room, not an oppen aera like in the foundry... So he have to stand. He use is soresu, but instead of just blocking he counter attack... Not a brutal Djem as malgus does.... It have the particularity of the soresu, ability to hold a combat for long time.. But with somes attack... A more defensiv version. But Also deadly because even if Revan never learn makashi, but he never needed it because he already have the precision and speed of makashi cappable of be using in every combat technics.. The Idea of the Katana figthing style.... On hit one kill. Not very demanding...
For yuyo... I'd like to say we never know darth Revan in his full personality... And veen if he was not able to use it.. I think he is clever.. And can easy understand the principe that's mean, able to teach it anyway...
