Jaina Solo vs Count Dooku

Two of my fav characters.

Going with Jaina after a great fight.

Without her Caedus amp I doubt she'd win for a majority

What? Caedus amp? She wasn't amped, he was injured.

Are peeps thinking Jaina can take Dooku in a lightsaber duel? She doesn't have much in the way of the Force imo.

All Jedi don't have much in the way of the Force. From any Jedi at most you can expect an occasional Force push or pull and an object throw. Jaina had no problem using Force offensively against Caedus or Sith in Apocalypse.

I know, but I also meant she doesn't have much in the way of Force feats to suggest Dooku can't eff her up with TK and shit. She lacks good showings.

Lack of feats does not suggest in anyway that she is below Dooku. Regardless, resisting Caedus' attacks is more than good enough.

She didn't resist him, she survived him. He still tossed her about and hit her with lightning, despite her being amped and him wounded.

Again, she wasn't amped. 😬

Pretty sure Luke was giving her power. After the fight: "Jaina experienced an abrupt draining as her Force energies returned to their normal level."

During the fight she mentions this:

"Despite the ringing in her ears and the gauze in her head-despite her hugely aching skull and the big knot of hurt swelling on her brow-Jaina had never been so filled with the Force. She could feel it in every cell of her body, swirling through her like fire, burning more ferociously every moment. She had never felt so strong or so quick or so alert. She could drive her fist through a durasteel wall, or catch a blaster bolt between her fingers. Despite the red curtain of blood cascading from the gash where Vatok's helmet had split her forehead, she was aware of everything."

So either it was an amp of a semi state of oneness.

In their final fight she wasn't amped. Resisted his TK, blocked his lightning and even successfully Force blasted him. Anyway, the fact that Caedus was successfully able to use TK against her doesn't prove Dooku would.

I really took that to just be adrenaline, focus, and pushing herself really hard.
