I don't think that the current Hulk has the emotional aptitude to maintain a fit of rage capable of causing him to reach the level that Mangog is on.

Classic Mangog was had only herald level strength (under Superman) and tran-Skyfather level durability.

With that said,
Either Odin is very close to herald level (physically)
Or forum Odin would shitstomp Mangog every time.

Would stalemate him, or give him a tremendous ass whipping. Why? Collateral damage isn't the end all and be all, but I have never seen Mangog turn as much real estate to dust with a punch. Not good enough? I have never seen Mangog go unaffected by the amount of damage output put out by a being of Red She Hulk's level of power under the influence of the Wishing Well. It also depends on a persons willingness to ignore that it takes a crap load of power to do the things that WB Hulk did.

A stalemate could also happen because of the ways that Mangog's powers work. The Madder WB Hulk gets, the stronger he becomes, which in turn would fuel Mangog. This one depends on who's powers are more efficient.

In other words I haven't a clue who wins.
