Salute to stoic, this method of workout really works for mass building. Recently i've been doing a similar set but instead of 3 sets i do 4 sets with 6 reps at max weight. i am definitely seeing some noticeable gains. not sure why i did heavy cardio and low calorie diet and expected to see gains before, lol, smh.
