any one heard news of the phantom remake?

I heard they were going to remake the phantom called phantom legacy but they did make TV movie of the phantom I didn't like it much but not sure when its coming out or who's playing in it but any one els heard any news on the remake of the phantom?

Couldnt find anything online.
Always liked the concept but, its not been executed well.
