Close fight, but I'd give Red Hood the edge. He'd be messed up after the fight though.

Aside from his limited appearances, RH has better agility, and fighting mechanics. Pre 52 Deathblow would probably win, but it would still be pretty close.

This is pre-dcnu Deathblow. He has a good healing factor. Plus extensive training in weapons and hth combat.
