No way unless prep involves being able to bring other characters with him. I don't care how smart he is. By himself he dies in a forum setting with no PIS and CIS but in a comic there'll probably be a lot of BS like Darkseid jobbing to him. Going to Apokolips and trying to take DS down will involve a lot more than just facing DS himself.
