Classic Dracula vs the U-Foes

Classic Dracula beat down the X-foursome of Storm, Wolverine, Colossus, and Nightcrawler, and has taken on Thor and the Silver Surfer...

The U-Foes have taken it hard to the Hulk and Thor...

Who wins in this confrontation?

Drac

Again with the U-Foes, if Drac can use telepathy, he wins. If not, I don't know of a way he can hurt a couple of them.
