How often do you get mad?

And when you do, what do you do for a cool down?

If its so mad i need a cool down then, not often anymore. Used to be daily before i retired from the Army.

To cool down, back then some time alone, a few smokes at work, then prodigious amounts of alcohol once home.
Nowadays, just a walk and a smoke'll do it.

I never get mad. If I feel my blood start to boil, I always use the foolproof calming method of murdering prostitutes.

Seeing other people get angry seems to keep me calm. When I was a kid I had a temper (so my mum tells me anyway) various experiences taught me patience growing up though.

Nowadays I rarely get angry, can't remember the last time actually.
