Eeven if it occur on Dathomir I say Yoda !

In Dathomir, I think Talzin can win a few rounds or stalemate at worst.

A stalemate is unlikely as Yoda doesn't shoot FL to counter Talzin's power, and I doubt Tk would counter it.

He will likely dodge her blasts (Mace did) but once he gets close, he really will stomp her in Sabers.

Tutaminis? Yoda can still do that.

Talzin can dodge from sabers as well, via turning into intangible form.

This would go with Lightning vs. Tutaminis. I think you need to use dark or light side of the force to defeat Talzin, as Sidious said before, even a droid army is not enough to defeat a powerful witch like Talzin, that is why he used sith lightning to defeat her. The only way to defeat Talzin is, Yoda's light side tutaminis, he can do a similar thing to this ;

SPecial ability N/A is a lie at the lvl 3 you can repush the button of absorbtion, instead of end the buff you will doe the moove what you doe at the begining.. This moove well timed with a ligtning attck can reflect it in more power and O.S all the ennemies in front of you and you also absorb the energy f the attack !!
The best way it's to actvate the buff at the precise moment instead of mashing the button wich consume force power...
