I'm going with Jaden, force power wise, his Telekinetic prowess is more destructive and precise.

Actually Lanoree has done things like

Ragdolled a giant Flame Tygah

Lessened the impact of a point blank gun shot

Ripped heavy doors open

Lift a guy so high in the air that the fall broke his legs

I think I'm forgetting one... Oh yes

She tanked a freaking bomb at point blank range!

Jaden has resisted the Dark Power of the Lignan ore, turned back from the DS, kept the dark power of the Rakata entity known as "Mother" from him. Though the illusions could be troublesome..

Lanoree can cast illusions that last 100 years

Also taking a bomb point blank and getting up unharmed puts Lanoree above breaking the grip of some mook rakata.

Mook? How many people has Lanoree faced that are on the same level as Ragnos or an entity bred of pure dark side energy?

A bomb bread of pure dark side energy possessed by the spirit of Ragnos hewhewhew

But for real. The bomb made a crater in a marble floor and Lanoree who was right on top of it when it went boom got up unharmed via force shield
