Maul is the only chance of Vader here. Vader has no chance to react Yoda while he was failing to keep up with RotJ Luke. I can even bring up the fact that TPM Maul faster and more agile than RotJ Vader (confirmed by starwars.com and lucas), which is true but nevermind. TCW Maul is certainly faster than any version of Vader, and without him Vader shouldn't even able to react very mobile and acrobatic Yoda.
With Vader's TK level, their combine TK can hold their own in the force contest as well. But still I see Yoda is winning in a tough fight.
Although Yoda is greater than both in Sabers and Tk, Maul is much more out of his depth in Tk, whilst Vader is much more out of his depth in Sabers.
So if they don't have any kind of coherent co-ordination in their attacks and defense then they will get outright stomped.
Only with their combined efforts in both Tk and Sabers could they prove to be a significant challenge, but they will still lose Imho.
I can just see Yoda's size and mobility being too much of a b**** for Vader.
