Who can use their powers (ring/magic) to amp only their durability and strength to the highest class and what would that class be?

No constructs for either. At most, skin tight shields for durability if you think they'd be required.

What would you consider a 'strength' feat for a GL/Strange?

For example, containing a supernova would require strength.

Physical strength and durability yes. Slug fest type stats.
HL Hal for example once amped himself to go HtH with Mongul.

These are two characters with more ranged abilities but they theoretically should be able to make themselves stronger...
