I had less responsibility in the 80s but did cooler stuff in the 90s.

Got caught holding some weed (and other recreationals) for a buddy and the base commander had a bug up his butt about that stuff so got that and a dishonorable. Buddy is a staff sergeant now........ luck is a fickle b*tch.

I made it 20+ years without getting busted for anything serious. Towards the end i was showing up to work still drunk from the night before, though. Luckily i was important to the mission so they turned a blind eye.
Plus i'm a fun drunk.
