Does someone know this movie??

I don't remember much-just a few scenes-early 70's movie-I think it starred Vincent Price?? There were women being held in a dungeon. There was this spinning knife device that cut them. Sorry that's all I remember-it was a drive in I was a sleepy little kid! I would like to watch this and see what I missed! THX!!

Pit and the Pendulum, The Haunted Palace, and Masque Of The Red Death come to mind, but those don't fit the "70's" timeframe. /shrug

Now that I've been thinking about it more-it might not have been spinning knives-maybe just those that stuck out and cut while they were chained up. It might have been Christopher Lee. I meant movie made in the 70's-but maybe mid-1800 time period setting!
