Boba may take it in a hard fight although I find it hard to believe he would be capable of taking down such a skilled fighter - it's not something he's done before. Plus Kolar has an affinity for using TK in combat and even disarming opponents with TK, which is the next best thing to do against Boba if you aren't choking him. Not really sure who'd win.
