Malgus at this point can still beat Marek, but it'd be a long drawn out duel. Shaak Ti on the other hand is more skilled than Satele, besting Marek and nearly decapitating him, holding her own against hordes of magnaguards are more impressive feats of skill than Satele failing to beat Baras and beating featless Darth Mekhis. Power should be close, between crushing hexdroids for Satele to Shaak who sent Marek flying (Marek having blown a hole through blast doors and through a Corvette ship on Raxus prime). Shaak is more skilled, comparably powerful, and just as fast as Satele.
Malgus is physically stronger than Marek, slower (Marek dodged blaster fire from AT walkers), but Marek's track record as a duelist isn't very impressive. Malgus could take him in a duel, and likely replicate Ti's feat of sending him flying with TK. But Satele isn't doing him any favors as a duelist, good fight though
