Aurra at her prime has fought against Qui-Gon Jinn, Sharad Hett, Aayla Secura(meh) and not to mention Caedus as well. Her force abilities give her an significant edge against Jango, her lightsaber also gives her a great defense against his attacks. So Round 2 would go to her quite solidly, also I just saw that she has her full equipment for round 1, so I say she stalemates like Kenobi did on Kamino
