Read Sith Hunters again, and never noticed that Plo Koon actually injured Opress. He cut him with his blade.

So that's better than how Qui-Gon did against TPM Maul.

He didn't cut Opress, he cut his clothing a couple of times.

But Opress was shown to be injured after that fight. So when he cut his clothing, he must have got a slight cut in, seen as no one else hit him.

But the only one out of the two of them who drew any blood was Maul, and Savage's cut from Plo looked superficial more than anything else. It didn't even seem to cut through his robes.

I guess it doesn't really matter. Savage sustained the cut while being shot at by a clone trooper, so it's not really a skill feat for Plo.

Did he? I'm sure the only times he hit Opress was when he cut through his robes, and those instances were before the clone trooper shot at him.

Will have to recheck when I get home.
