The strongest thing in Flash is his popularity. \o/

No matter what you all post, it will get ignored. Flash wins by blitzing around at nano second speeds while speed stealing at the same time hitting WWH with infinity punches. I've learned to accept and adapt to the KMC way of debating (when it suits them... Surfer just blast and fly fast on KMC).

Flash would take all of the kinetic energy from the very molecules holding the atoms within the Hulk together, this would then cause the Hulk to fall apart atom by atom instantly.

In essence the Flash controls, makes, and unmakes existence itself.

Each side receives basic knowledge of the other. A good measure of this would be what the general population of the character's homeworld knows

Now, this is WWH. Wally knows what he is capable of.

Hes probably gonna job and try to slug it out like every other character who has faced hulk ever

Some people blast, turn to stone, etc... he just powers through it.

Power is equal to kinetic force, and Wally is master of it.

Thus Hulk would have no power, and no movement what so ever, in fact Wally could depower whatever power source Hulk uses be it magical, radiation, mechanical, etc.

Flash will just negate all kinetic momentum of the energy the hulk uses.

Assuming the Flash is serious, you’d need an abstract of divine proportions to take on a fully realized Wally West. The only time he ever gets tagged is when he’s messing around. Bearing PIS/CIS, Wally is nigh-unbeatable in forums for good reason.

Hulk thunderclap then smashes a disoriented Wally West to pulp in one hit.

A Thundercap is just energy charged molecules being dispersed through a section of space, moving faster than the rest of the molecules in the area.

Since flash is moving infinitely faster than the molecules charged by the thunderclap, it will have no effect upon him. Furthermore, flash could just kinetic drain the thunderclap, or Hulk's appendages as he attempts to Thunderclap.

Flash stomps the Hulk no matter what version, 11/10.
