Unless they changed something recently, that's not how his powers work.

I remember two cases where his focused blast was very strong:

1 - The one against blob i posted here.
2 - The shot against Abomination (nerve strike).

The Abomination one honestly doesn't come to mind right now, so i'd have to see it again.

I know the Blob one though, and honestly, I don't know if a beam like that would knock out the Hulk. Not unless it bounced around inside his skull and shredded brain matter. Assuming it even can.

I know Cyclops cant KO hulk with a normal attack. Here is a special attack going to eye > brain (since if you past eye you have a freeway to brain, right ?)
