Who was the strongest Dark Jedi Exile?

Pall was the leader. I'd imagine if Muur was his equal or superior, he'd have challenged him.

Ajunta is the one said to be the strongest.

Though all of the top 5 were said to be 'rivals,' so I think it's not by a lot.

Probably Ajunta - Muur/Remulus/XoXaan - Sorzus Syn (Sorzus at the bottom just because she's buildy rather than fighty).

Muur's likely the best in force. Ajunta best in sabers. XoXaan and Remulus more balanced.

The Exiles showed more power than most of the sith lords in the mythos.
