Can Quicksilver do these things?

1, find 5 needles in 80 tons hay
Time for task: 7 seconds
2. drink 100 beverages
Time for task: 10 seconds
3.running at 10 kilometres in a straight line
Time for task: 9 seconds
4.take book from table 40 times begining 30 metres from table
Time for task: 6 seconds
5.eat 500 burgers
Time for task: 10 seconds
6.take guns 2 policemans and give back 100 times
Time for task: 5 seconds
7.kill 200 thugs every time from other gun ( he must first find guns)
Time for task: 15 seconds
8.winning a race with car-car go 10 seconds earlier than QS,car has speed:160km/h,race is on 1 kilometer

This is crazy, but I think he can pull them off.

Except maybe no.5. He sure can stuff them in his mouth in that time but can he eat them. His metabolism isn't that fast. He'll have to take a few round after 150. Even then he might pull it off if they can digest withing 1 second

I don't know what he is doing here. Finding the guns? Depends what neighborhood he is in. Killing that many thugs per second... I don't know. This is crazy.
