Actually, in that case, I was referring to the Sidious vs. Vitiate on this very site. I've gotten the idea by now that nobody here likes youtube videos.

Still, for any book I have not read, I will generally take the youtuber's word for it.

It depends on who kills who first. If Vader can hold his own long enough against Revan, team 2 wins.

However, should Revan decide to face Sidious, team 1 would have gain an advantage. Vitiate can kill Vader faster than Sidious can kill Revan imo.

Eh. So I'm lazy. But as I do not have enough hours in the day to buy all the books and read first hand what people are capable of, I'm content to let other people who did read those books do the research for me.

Then it's a good thing we make respect threads for that very purpose.

Anyway, Sidious vs Vitiate is an interesting topic IMO. On one hand, it's hard to imagine Vitiate lasting if Sidious can get in close for the saber duel--But on the other, it may come down to a battle of sorcerers like with a Talzin, which would be less conclusive. Considering that this is DE Sidious though, I'm fairly confident he should win there too.

Vader vs Revan is irrelevant at this point. They're probably just as closely matched as the Emperors, and regardless of who wins between them they get demolished by the winning Master.

I meant that when you encounter an era/event/character that you lack knowledge of, you shouldn't just rely on the youtubers. Its a poor choice of source.

Yeah, Sinny here is right. Putting a lot if faith in guys who thought Darth Vader would be more than a match for Yoda, lowball characters like savage and Zannah to a Fault and make cringe worthy decision half of the time is unwise. They're still entertaining though.

I only allow the insulting of Angelex if she puts Revan well above Vader. Does she?

Wasn't it Jensaarai who claimed Jinn had to deactivate his lightsaber to use TK, and to prove this, he used a scan from a comic of Jinn force pushing someone and cropped his activated lightsaber out?

Not that I know of. His claim was that Jinn had to concentrate to do simple pushes.

First, if you looked under my name, you'd note I was male. It clearly says so, ya know 😛

Second, I have sufficient 1st hand knowledge of Revan and Vader to side with Vader. Though Vader probably has to tactics Revan to death, and Vader will probably need immediate suit repair post battle.
