Nox once mind tricked a squad of Sith assassins, so she can probably do the same to Delta. And she mind tricked a being with a mind capable of occupying 3 bodies at once.

Havoc Squads best feats don't come close to Nox or the Wraths. And neither does Delta.

It depends on the tactics of the squads

They have 3 weeks to prepare and have intel on what team 2 can do.

They can probably take it for a majority unless Nox pulls something with his/her esoteric abilities.
