Bloodlust doesn't help your argument. If he's bloodlusted he won't use esoteric abilities like drainage, he'd go H2H and that is not his strong suit.

Surfer is not the kind of guy to go hand to hand when he is bloodlusted, he would simply atomize people....which he has done multiple times before.
